“Exercise is not a punishment, but a break from everyday life where you are the protagonist!”

I studied at the Faculty of Health Sciences of University of Pécs, specializing in physiotherapy. During my career, I have gained extensive experience in various fields of traumatology, orthopaedics, rheumatology, neurology, pulmonology and cardiology. The focus of my work has always been on the design and implementation of treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of patients. I have always been involved in sport: I danced competitively since kindergarten for 13 years, and after that I tried and still do many sports as a hobby. I believe that exercise is not only essential to maintain physical health, but is also key to maintaining mental balance. I would like to share this message with others and help them to live a fuller and happier life through exercise.

Treatments I use:

  • Physiotherapy
  • FDM
  • Fascia treatment
  • McKenzie exercise
  • Kinesio taping
  • Redcord
