McKenzie exercise

McKenzie method (MDT) consists of a mechanical diagnosis and a therapy based on it. Complaints, range of motion, location, type and strength of pain, responses to specific movements show the cause of the symptoms and the correct therapeutic direction. As a causal therapy, the McKenzie method’s key is not covering symptoms, but finding and healing the musculoskeletal problem.

Your physiotherapist decides on the necessity of McKenzie exercises during the initial assessment, so please choose ’physiotherapy with assessment’ upon reservation.
