How does flossing work?

After the compression exerted by flossing and its sudden elimination, nutrient- and oxygen-rich blood floods the treated area.
After stabilizing the upper layers of connective tissue, by moving the lower one we can ensure the sliding of the adhering connective tissue layers. Overstimulating pressure sensors by compression causes pain receptors to become inhibited.
